Verso Laboratory Online Mixer - How to Work

Stage 1

The high-speed rotation and mixing of precision machined rotors/blades generate strong suction, allowing liquid and solid materials to enter the center of the working head from the bottom of the container.

Stage 2

By using centrifugal force to make the material rush towards the periphery of the working head, they will receive mixing and stirring between the tail of the precision machined rotor blade and the inner wall of the fixed ring.

Stage 3

After mixing evenly, the material will be subjected to strong hydraulic shear technology and pass through the perforations in the fixed ring at a high turnover rate, then follow the pipeline system to reach the outlet of the machine. At the same time, fresh material will be continuously transported to the working head and kept in circulation for mixing and stirring.
